At Slink & Keating we represent both the applicant and respondent in an Intervention Order hearing. There are two types of Intervention Orders proceedings.

In Victoria, there are 2 types of Intervention Orders.

  1. Family Violence Intervention Orders
  2. Personal Safety Intervention Orders

It is very important that you receive timely and full advice in relation to either Intervention Order as they can have significant consequences on your life, whether you are the Applicant (Affected Family Member) or Respondent.
